Bad service ever

On the 21st of december , had an accident and reported to Pocketsure on the 22nd of december. I was assisted by a lady called Dineo, who promise to call and give me feedback on anything regarding the claim, I only receive two calls from her, and I have been calling pocketsure to since I claimed till today. I have wasted about R465 of airtime which is close to my monthly premium with them.<br> <br> I literally helped them on this claim calling the repair centre etc. I am really frustrated and irritated with their service, they never call and update me with anything, i need to call them all the time. The 27th of this month i will be paying for a car that is write off, i have been waiting patiently for pocketsure to settle the amount with the bank. <br> <br> I will never encourage or refer anyone to you, i will rather pay a premium of 1500 for a good service and stress free.<br> <br> Sikhumbuzo Wauchope<br> ***
