Accident claim

Hello Peter.<br> <br> I would like to lodge a complaint with pocketsure insurance. I was involved in a car accident where I hit 2 ***s on the evening of the 26th December 2015. I sent through all the necessary documents that the insurer had requested but they have failed to give me feedback. They did send an inspector to evaluate the scene and collect other data regarding the accident. Now every time I call to get feedback no one answers my calls, I eventually got through to Andy he told me the person who was handling my claim had resigned and assured me he will get back to me. It's been over 2 weeks and i haven't recieved any calls from them. My car has been written off and it looks like they are avoiding payment. I have been struggling to get around and they have no decency to provide any courtesy vehicle for me.<br> <br> I am absolutely disgusted by their poor service, my carinstallment has been going off since the accident and I have been upto date with their payments. I feel as though they are failing to keep their end of the deal!<br> <br> Im absolutely puzzled as to what will happen regarding my car and all these monthly payments.<br> <br> Please help me to get my claim processed.<br> <br> Nhlanhla<br> ***
