1 claim = adverse claims

I joined pocket sure june 2014, paid every month with no claims, in 2016 I made 1 claim that was sorted fairly quickly. Shortly thereafter I received a letter saying that they are cancelling my insurance due to adverse claims.

Tried calling them with no luck at all!

This has haunted me since then will all other insurances. The only other step is to seek legal advice and have this sorted
