POCKET AFFILATE: PAYEER STOLE ALL MY MONEY FROM ME

I have an issue with the pocket affiliate program/software. I withdrew using the Payeer payment method in order to withdraw my funds, little did i know that a few months later after struggling to withdraw my funds from payeer, all my funds were ****** from them. Payeer shut down the company, and even after communicating with them to send me my money using my bitcoin address (i sent them my BTC and ETH ID's), they shut down the whole operation & sent me a memepool link that i dont understand. When i try to open the payeer page, all it says is to contact support via email. Even after emailing them i still dont get ANY assistance at ALL. I just want my funds back. i had a total of $166.95 within Payeer, which were all from my business clients.

May God please help me. Payeer would respond after 3 days of inquiring for assistance. I dont know what to do anymore.

Dear Kagi,

Thank you for sharing your situation. We are sorry to hear about the significant frustration and financial concern this has caused you.

We must clarify a critical point for the public record. Your review details an issue involving Payeer, a third-party payment service provider. This matter is between you and Payeer directly. Pocket Option is a separate entity; we provide a trading platform and are not responsible for the operational status, solvency, or customer service practices of independent payment processors.

Our affiliate program processes payments to our partners. Once funds are successfully sent to the external payment method you selected (in this case, Payeer), the transaction is considered complete from our side. Any subsequent issues regarding the withdrawal, holding, or loss of those funds by the payment processor are outside our control and jurisdiction.

We have reviewed our records and confirm that any funds owed to you were paid out to your chosen Payeer account in accordance with our standard procedures.

We strongly recommend that you continue to direct all inquiries and complaints regarding the funds held by Payeer directly to Payeer's official support channels. As a payment services provider, they are the only entity capable of resolving internal wallet issues, frozen accounts, or company closures.

We regret that we cannot intervene in this matter and hope you are able to reach a resolution with Payeer.

Best regards,
Pocket Option Team

Firstly, Payeer had been removed from the pocket option site as a method for withdrawals. I find that very suspicious, given that that the Payeer site was a ****. They closed down their page and now i can only email them, & yet they dont respond. Ill have to take this up to the law becuase all my funds have been ****** by a company that you guys were affiliated with. I dont care about third parties, Pocket Option should have never recommended Payeer to us. Had i known this would happen, I never would have chosen them. Now i cannot trust. Help me get my funds back please.
