I AM TRYING TO WITHDRAW MY FUNDS, I HAVE BEEN REQUESTED TO A SELFIE BUT THEY KEEP REJECTING IT, SO FAR I HAVE UPLOADED 4 SELFIES BUT THEY KEEP DECLINING THEM. THIS IS WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ON A TRADING APP. I WANT MY MONEY ASAP

29 Aug 2025, 07:28They said my hands/arms are not showing. I had to zoom my ID and the writings on the paper hence my hands did not show. Now I sent a selfie again with my hands showing. I better not get a pathetic rejection again that my details on my ID are not visible.
