23 Mar 2026, 22:30Dear Vuyolwethu,Thank you for your follow-up, and we’re truly sorry to hear how frustrating this situation has been for you. We completely understand your concern, especially when your funds haven't been reflected as expected.
We would like to kindly clarify that the document requested by our Finance Department is specifically a payment notification in original PDF format issued by your bank, not a regular account statement. This document must contain full transaction details (such as transaction ID, status, sender/recipient, date, and ideally a digital stamp or QR code), which allows the financial provider to locate and identify the exact transaction in their system.
Unfortunately, without this specific document, the financial provider is unable to proceed with the investigation, as they cannot match the payment to the corresponding deposit request.
We understand that you have already submitted a PDF file, however, it appears to be a statement rather than the required payment confirmation. We kindly recommend contacting your bank (Capitec) and requesting an official payment confirmation/notification document for this transaction, as shown in the sample previously provided in your support request.
Once you submit the correct document, our team will immediately proceed with the investigation to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
If you experience difficulties uploading the file, you may also send it via email to ***, mentioning your deposit details.
We truly appreciate your patience and cooperation, and we are here to help you resolve this matter.
Best regards,
Pocket Option Team
