Unauthorized debit

I subscribed to this service whereby one listen to audiobooks/ stories . The application gives readers one or more free episodes on daily basis to listen to. Should a listener want to listen more than their daily limit, they buy coins or watch adverti*****ts video clips to open new episodes. In the past 2 years, I would sometimes watch videos or buy coins, but never bought more than R140 at any given time, I would normally by for R 39 or less. Since last year, I don't get enough time to listen,so I stopped opening new episodes by either ways mentioned above. I have an accumulation of episodes. On the 15 of April 2025, pocket fm debited my bank account R1049. I immediately rated the App very poor and I was requested to give reasons for the poor rating and I reported the matter. I was then requested to send a screenshot of the debit ascevidence, which I did. Now I keep getting emails that my complaint ticket is closed because of my inactivity. For me the inactivity is on their side because I gave them evidence, they have my banking details but do not want to verify if there was an amount of R1049 credited to their account on the 15th of April from. My bank account the details of which they have. Please assist me to get my money back and report this matter to help other users.
