Why??? Why do indices have the lowest payout rates out of all
Why??? Why do indices have the lowest payout rates out of all. I just don't seem to understand how the payout rates are calculated, would like it if someone could explain, because how come my favourite nasdaq has only 40%, whereas forex pairs have 92%...
