POOR SERVICE !!!

im very happy about the service I received at PNS in workshop Durban

I bought a Sebago shoe , it was on sale I paid 1500 I was buying it for my twin brother as a gift the shoe was too tight when I phone them to do an exchange, I was told I cant because it was the sale item now im stuck with this shoe and the receipt, their contact number is ********** 212 and mine is ********** 275 or ********** 165 according to the consumer protection act (68 of 2008) I have a right to get my refund or do and exchange please deal with them I'm tired
