Car panel beater

I received the worst service from PnS Panel Beaters in Rustenburg under the management of Reynard.my car was at the panel beater from 6 June 2023 to date and I hear stories after another.Firstly they said the delay is caused by Kia which was for almost 4 weeks.i made a follow up with Kia only to find that they did not even place an order thats when they admitted its their fault.i was told about another part which was to take another 3-5 days before delivery.again I made efforts to get that part in a day.asked them make sure my car is ready as I have the part that just needed to be fitted in.When I got there my car was still as it is.im being told to wait another week.im now going on my fourth month without a car and I'm surprised why are they only seeing required parts now when the car has been with them for 3months now.i would not recommend it to anyone and the manager is very rude.
