Repairing of Caravan Fridge/Freezer

On the 15 th of February 2016 I took my caravan to PNS Phalaborwa, they replace the thermostat, charge me R917.90, said I must defrost and clean the Fridge which I did then it will work again, it ran the whole night through and the next morning the Fridge was still not working, I left n message with Yvonne that Marnus must phone me and again this morning with no reaction at all, I need the fridge to work as I said to Marnus that I am going to camp at the Eiland, he said to me no problem I must just phone as they come to Tzaneen once a week, if they do not call me how will they come and fix the problem ?
