Your ticket is created, and dont expect service

My acc at Pnet were blocked, due to an another mail address that is not working. My Id is the same, & when I want to create an account with new mail addres, and then the sports started. I am blocked and after NUMEROUS attempts and pleas for help the only answ. Ticket is created. Someone from ........ Jobs are scarce!!! Saw the same job on Neuvo and guess what, I AM DIRECTED to Pnet where I am BLOCKED and my time is running out to send my Cv and apply for a job. I am soooo frustrated that every plea, begging etc came down to? Correct NOTHING!!! Gee wizz, and other companies team up with Pnet?
