Worst Mistake I made

I paid for one of PNet’s premium packages, which cost me a fortune — around R8,500. Their sales team was AMAZING right up until I signed the contract. After that, the service dropped to zero.

I ran one advert that produced absolutely no results, and then spent a year trying to get proper help or support from the company. Despite multiple attempts, I got nowhere.

In the end, I completely wasted my money and my time. Do yourself a favor – save your money and avoid the headache!

Dear Moshe,

Thank you for raising your concern. It must be noted that you did receive applications to your job ad but were not satisfied with any of the candidates that app****. There are always a number of factors involved in the quality of applications received, including the hiring company's reputation or location, the salary offered, or the job ad itself. On average, a Pnet job ad will get over 200 applications which can then be filtered and shortlisted using our sophisticated technology, so it's unfortunate that you did not see the results you wanted from your posting.

In August, during a conversation with one of our Account Managers, we denied you a refund for the reasons outlined during that conversation, and it was mentioned that you still have credits to post 2 further job ads which you did not utilise, and therefore lapsed 26 Sep at the end of your contract period. For this reason, a cost of R8500 would certainly seem high for one job ad - but you had originally purchased 3 ads.

Pnet is consistently voted #1 for customer service by our customers, relative to our closest competitors. We pride ourselves on the support we offer our clients, the relationships we are able to build with them, and the recruitment solutions we provide so that they can hire the talent they need to drive business success. We are truly sorry that you feel we did not live up to this in our dealings with you.

The Pnet Support Team.

Best regards,
