Worst Job Finding Website
The worst job finding website online, they force you complete your profile to 100% before allowing you to apply, but when you apply, you get redirected to another website that requires you to create a another tedious profile before applying. Therefore Pnet does not have any jobs that is not provided by other websites

29 Apr 2025, 09:58Hi Irshad. Thanks for your feedback and comments. The reason we "force" you to complete your profile to 100% is to ensure your profile contains enough information for you to be an attractive candidate to recruiters who are proactively headhunting in the database, or reviewing your profile to be able to shortlist suitable candidates from applications received. For this reason, it's in your best interests to complete your profile in as much detail as possible, expecially in such a competitve job market with more people looking for work than work available.
That said, you should not be redirected to another site to re-create your profile, so we would like to look into that as a matter of urgency to understand why this is happening - please share a link to the job ad in question for us to investigate further.
Regarding your comment "Pnet does not have any jobs that is not provided by other websites", please note that all jobs advertised via the Pnet website are from recruitment agencies or companies hiring directly, so the majority of them will also advertise these positions on their own websites or social media platforms too. However, they use Pnet to increase the reach of their job ads and to vastly improve the chances of them finding a suitabla candidate from a larger talent pool offered by Pnet.
