Useless Customer service

customer support service is absolutely useless, I've logged a request about 2 months ago to reset my email address as I am unable to access the email address used to create the account, I received an email that the ticket has been closed however, the issues has not been resolved and I am unable to apply for vacancies because my account profile is not 100% complete. The support service doesn't help in any way at all!!
