Support no existing!

I have previously had an account on Pnet and removed it. Now that I want to create a new one I only get an error stating that my ID number is already on there database so I cannot create a new account. Sadly this field is a required field so it cannot be left out. I have logged this about a week and a half ago via email with there support team. I have received a automated email with my case number, but a week and a half later I still have not received ANY feedback even though I have done a follow up....Really bad service!
