Shocking - no service from Pnet!

I had to select one as it doesn't allow the option for Zero rating which is most deserved. I have contacted the support email numerous times over the last 2 weeks and received no response. COVID aside it baffles me that a business can operate without assisting people telephonically and only operating via emails which are never responded to! How does any professional business operate like this? I would appreciate a call from someone in your support department who can assist me with my profile. Thank you
