RESPONSE AFTER 5 YEARS FOR PASSWORD RESET

Hi Thabiso and the rest of Pnet team After more than 5 years you guys only decided to handle my case, passed your offices in Linbro Park few years ago but would not be led inside now to think I even once spread the word on encouraging my peers to register on your site to get better jobs. I'm very sad to have experienced such a terrible customer service. I will never use Pnet ever again, please delete my profile and all my personal data ASSOMBLIEF. This is why many people now prefer LinkedIn and actually get jobs directly from the employers and HR departments, your service and how you treat people its pathetic, futhi pathetic is just an understatement. Just remember that behind all these profiles and the job hunting, its humans with feelings, families,debts, careers they have built and some are busy educating themselves, its people's mothers and fathers, someone's brother and sister who has to find a job and get money to support a sibling on life support or buy an asthna pump , they are like you, you were once them, desperate and looking for a job to put food on the table or pay for a place to stay. I have missed a lot of opportunities because of your ****ty technical issues yet you have all personal information and did not try to reach out even with bulk sms or some form of a postage at least to notify your customers you have technical problems.. Now its over 5 years and have sent countless emails begging you guys to help me recover my password or fix this profile. Worse with Covid-19 now, people lost jobs and some are now forced to take dangerous jobs,sitting with degrees and experience the companies wanted from skilled people like us, because of the pressure and because of the lost hope. Having a website like yours was suppose to be a conduit to link jobs and people, to help job seekers. Many have lost their lives due to depression and suicide, some turned into drugs and yet you guys still do not even care about the person behind the PC or phone battling to go into your site , access their profile, even worse be barred or blocked to create a new profile to try and apply for jobs you posted. Even your rating on most online reviews is very poor, I mean average rating of 1.55 from 94 reviews and trust index rating of 2 out of 10, rating #20 it the IT industry, then net promoter on a -74 .clearly something is very wrong with your company and the management there. I really hope this email reaches however owns Pnet and hope every employee or intern who works there sleep peacefully knowing you guys are the cause why some people did not get the jobs because of your lack of empathy, poor ans ****ty customer service. I would make a recommendation on how you can improve your service but then again, you would not care because you have jobs and are on the other side of the net.
