Resolving calls without doing the work
I tried applying for a position at Tracker, unable to login and not receiving the Forgot password mail link. I logged a request To ***. Ticket numbers, ticket "132054, *135179 and *136538. All which were resolved without any actual resolution. Boipelo Kau And Thabiso Ramosedi should be fired. Because they are closing calls without resolving the issue. All I needed is for my password to be reset, send me a link to reset it. But nothing, only incompetence. To late now, the applications for the position has closed. Thank you for absolutely NO SUPPORT at PNet
