poor response

I can't apply for the job advertised by Pnet because there is no option to do that. There are only two options, to save and send the job to my email. I'm registered with pnet. I complained about this on the 22nd of Jan, I got their voice mail promising to call me later but they never did so I sent them an email, Nicole asked me to send her a screen shot, then i sent it but today i get a response from Helga Swart giving me irrelevant information. I mean everyone knows that one must be registered with Pnet in order to apply for a job. I still have the same problem. I'm not happy. Pnet give me a baby not the labor pains.
