Since I have logged a query to the support email adress on the 16th of August even today I haven’t receive any response keeps on getting automated response with Ref number. I contacted the Support team the phones just ring non one pick up, I keep sending follow up emails as I really need help my ID number because it doesn’t allow me to edit my profile. (Kept saying Id already registered). It's frustrating enough because when you find a good job post you can’t apply. I can’t believe it’s a months without any assistance.
