Pnet for Recruiters
Recruiters, please be aware that when you get applications for a vacancy and you use the advanced filters, each and every time, with no exception, with each and every vacancy, there are cv's that are missed. You must decline and shortlist one by one. Very very very important. Pnet will tell you time and again it is when candidates apply for the same vacancy, it is not true. You will see for yourself. We are 3 recruiters using pnet for the past few years, we get this each day, with every vacancy, with no exception.

04 Apr 2022, 10:14Hi Esme,
Thanks for your review, and apologies for the delayed reply.
Please note that Pnet has two options for recruiters to view candidate's responses: (1) AppMan - this is when directly from the dashboard (landing page) you select VIEW RESPONSES for a particular advert. (2) Direct Search (DS) - this is when you select the option for the menu bar at the top of your recruiter page and under the “My Database” – Searching / Listing Responses section.
Many of our jobseekers are applying to position using a mobile device and have their pop-ups disables. This means that when they click on the “apply now” the pop-up notification cannot confirm the application has been successful. The system appears to these users to “hang” and they then select “apply now” again and again and again. When a jobseeker does this in the AppMan the application will come through each time they select “apply now”. In Direct Search, we only store this application once.
Thanks for your review, and apologies for the delayed reply.
