Pathetic Customer Service. For a week now there was no reply on a ticket logged, Pnet also still lives on level 5 of "Covid" even though we are on level 1 as ther is no way to call this pathetic company. Needed assistance on a email change on a profile. No applications could be done and possibilities was missed.
