NO SUPPORT FROM PNET
Pnet support sucks!!!! No sorry let me rephrase its non existing!! I received this ticket response about not bein able to login and 3 days later no response. Nothing! Dear William Grimes,
Your ticket has been created with the ticket ID *** and subject "Unable to login...."
Someone from our customer service team will review it and respond shortly.

We unfortunately had some site downtime earlier in the week as a result of some global issues which impacted all markets - including South Africa. This has led to an increase in messages to our Customer Support department and the team are working as quickly as they can through the tickets. I believe you have received a call (our Support team left a message as the call was unanswered) so hopefully we can resolve your issue quickly from here.
