No support available
Poor service from the support team, no response after 6 days and it is impossible to reach anyone on the phone. Trying to update my profile and do not have access to my old account. All I get is a automated message to say someone will attend to your query shortly... and shortly has turned into 6 days.

15 Feb 2022, 10:08Hi, if you hold on longer you will hear the voice prompts giving you options 1,2,3. These options will get you through to support and a consultant will assist you. Please will you dial the number and listen for the support option.
