NO SUPPORT
I am extremely disappointed with the poor service received from PNET. As a first-time user, I found the platform confusing and expected some level of support or guidance — unfortunately, there was none. You are treated like just a number and once they have your money, there’s no real effort to assist or accommodate your needs.
I reached out for help, hoping to be guided through the process or offered a solution, but received no meaningful support.
Very unfortunate experience and I would not recommend using PNET if you value proper service and support.

26 Jun 2025, 16:49Hi Felicia. We have discussed your purchase internally and it seems the team have done their absolute best to assist in their various interactions with you, as outlined below. Following your purchase of online credits for job listings (job ads) last week Friday, you were sent all the relevant details on email regarding how to log in, load and publish a job ad, which you actioned (with your ad still currently live and receiving applications). Richard in our eCommerce team also explained how once-off job ads work. When you contacted the eCommerce team this week to speak to them about accessing the Pnet database of jobseekers, you fully accepted responsibility for misunderstanding (“…I now realise that this was an error on my part…I fully acknowledge that this misunderstanding stems from my own lack of knowledge…” and it was explained that the credits you purchased didn’t allow access to the database and that we were unable to grant a refund as your job ad had already been posted. Richard explained that the access to the database required a higher package and offered a discount in that regard. Deon in our Sales Team called you to discuss the discounted offer and you requested he call back at 2pm (on Tuesday). When he did so the call went to voicemail so he followed up with an email detailing the special offer. He called again at 2:15pm and 4:30pm – both calls went to voicemail. He then received your email response the next day declining to take up the offer. Richard had also attempted to call you but it goes to voice mail. As mentioned, this indicates that the team did do their best to support you in your purchase and to assist after you realised your error.
