No feedback regarding support case.

There came an issue with my profile while I was busy updating it. And I reported to Support on the 11th Nov 2018. And as of today, I have had no response from their support team. Just keep on getting the same automated message in reply. I really expected better service from people that are trying to employ others. Absolutely terrible.
