new pnet unfriendly

Your new pnet website is really not user friendly and very time consuming. I have tried applying for numerous vacancies but each time I must click on the link to get an email sent to myself only for the link to take me right back to the same site. To add injury onto that where is your help button or website for assistance. Which ***** designed this unfriendly site .
