Lazy help desk consultants

I have never seen such incompetence in my life.. I have more than 5 case no on just one simple thing that pnet can help me with. They do not want to work they recieve a query and ask u information that u have already given just to put you back in quee. Since last week i have been trying to get help deacting an account as i have two accounts on one id and when trying to apply for jobs i get an error. I wanted another account deactivated and i mentioned that on the subject line and since then the only responses i get is which account and then i get an email again on my response to say my query was received and its gone through to the quee..i have never had such a bad experience in whole life. Somebody needs to start doing their damn job
