Internal Server Error

Hi all

I've been experiencing an internal server error for the past few weeks on several applications. I am uncertain who the technical support is to escalate this. The error reads:

We regret to inform you that we have encountered a problem. Please use the back button on your browser to retry or select one of the options below.

500 - Internal Server Error If the problem persists, please contact the web master including the following ***/ ********** 5/0712
