03 Apr 2022, 13:12Hello Deon,
Thanks for your message and my apologies for the delated reply. If you're having difficulty uploading your CV, it may not be in a supported file format, or may be too large.
Other common issues related to creating a profile (not necessarily to CV upload, specifically) are as follows:
1. Select the exact area where you stay and where you want to work. For example:
South Africa> Gauteng> Johannesburg Metropolitan> Johannesburg>Bedfordview.
2. Please reduce the number of characters in your introduction to 350. You can always add more characters when your registration has been confirmed.
3. There is a section under Vacancy Details called “Category”. You need to select a category from the drop-down list. Do not leave the section as “All Categories”.
4. Insert your contact numbers in an international format. If your cellphone number is *** insert 2772 in the first block and *** in the last block. Do the same for the work and home numbers if applicable.
5. Make sure you have added at least 3 skills in the “Skills” section. Each skill must be listed separately with the relevant “level” attached to each skill.
If you receive a system-generated message saying “Loading” or "No response", this could be due to:
• Something having been incorrectly completed or selected
• You have already registered and have an existing profile
• Your pop-up notifications are blocked
Please try again, and if you are still having an issue, kindly contact our Support Team by submitting your query via our platform: https://www.pnet.co.za/5/candidate-contact.html
Kind regards,
Michelle.
