Fantastic service from Sharleen Horn @ Pnet

<p>As a long time Pnet subscriber, I was assigned an Account Manager, Sharleen Horn, a few years back.</p> <p>Every company should have a 'Sharleen Horn'!!! Even though I run a very small business, Sharleen constantly makes me feel like her most imporant client.
