Billed for service with no contact

I ordered a job post from Pnet, the order was billed from my credit card but its been two days now and I have not received any feedback regarding the post. I do not have logins and no oe has bothered calling me back after sending endless contact forms. I now want a refund bur do not know who to contact as no one ever answers their telephone lines. I am wasting my time and losing money at the same time. Can i please get a refund and use other alternatives.
