Appalling service

Unfortunately I can't give Pnet the zero rating it deserves for the lack of service I was given. I contacted the Support team more than 4 times to help me with my ID number because it didn't allow me to edit my profile. (Kept saying Id already registered). I received a very rude response from Thabiso Ramosedi from the support team and he closed my ticket without assisting me. It's frustrating enough because when you find a good job post you can't apply. I don't have to spell out that it's a lock down, jobs are needed!!
