I have beeeeen applying dololo, for over a year. Its hard to even get a face to face interview. Tell me why is it a requirement to be fluent in Afrikaans, for most of these post.

Perhaps it's specific to the type of roles or industry you're applying for? Sorry, we can't be certain - but I can assure you that we offer jobs across a variety of companies and recruiters looking for people with all sorts of skills, experience and qualifications.
