Disaster service from Pnash cleaning

I had seek pnash cleaning 12 September 2024 to do a full house deep cleaning, 4set curtains, 2 bed mattresses, 4set couches, 2 carpets, 4 chairs and windows. Day one they left both bed mattresses soaking wet after I had asked several times if they will be dry before bed time and they said yes at 20:07 I contacted them informing them that the beds were still soaking wet and I had to book a bnb because the couches were also soaking wet too and we had no place to sleep. I was refunded R900 for the beds and that R900 covered my bnb fee. Because my daughter had an exam the following day we got home at 13pm and the couches anf chairs were still wet andI had to move everything outside to dry in the sun the carpets had were outside the whole night. First when the carpets dried I noticed they were still dirty. When we took down the curtains because the house was being painted we noticed they were also still dirty too. They broke my kitchen clock, broke towel holder in the guest bathroom and didn't inform me about it. I sent a message today about the dirty curtains and no one has bothered to contact me me back. I am very disappointed with these people and both our bathroom windows were left more dirty and they used some of my cleaning stuff after they said they bring their own cleaning stuff. Two of my window cleaning sprays were not in my cupboard when I looked for them today to clean the dirty windows. I am really disappointed and angry that I trusted this company with my home and they didn't even meet or do what they promised.
