Worst service ever!

I have ordered a text book on Wednesday in Cresta Mall, the 23rd January 2025 and I received a call from them yesterday the 30th January 2025 to come collect it, then I went to collect it today the 31st January 2025 and was told that the book was transferred to PNA Heathway, then I went to Heatway and they advised that the book was never transferred to them, was a disgracing service from PNA Cresta!
