When Service happens with a smile and even more...joy...

It is such a pleasure to be writing this review. I had a very pleasant and satisfying experience with the service and friendliness at the PNA branch in the Mall Of Rosebank today. All too often we take time to write a review about something that left us feeliing bad. I felt weclome and significant at the PNA checkout tills today.. What a breath of fresh air being treated like one matters as a customer. I was attended to by a gentleman named James Chacha who made a transaction seem like a celebration. I could not simply walk away with a broad grin of happiness and not share it here. I do hope that he gets the recognition he deserves as a very valuable member ot the team at PNA. In fact they were all very friendly. Thumbs UP PNA Rosebank.. keep the Ubuntu going <3
