WHAT HAPPEN TO MY ORDER

I visited the shop in December 2015 anDbecause they did not have a specific book I asked them to order it for me, I complete a book form and was told they will sms me when they received it. Well 6 Weeks later still no response I decided to visit shop and asked about my order be cause my son need this book urgently for school.When I asked I was told if I did not receive a sms the book is not their I then asked when will they get it but I immediately saw the \no care\" attitude, in the mean time my son went to the book self and he then find the book that the were suppose to order for us.Now how did they receive the book but still told me the did not .somebody is definitely not doing their work.Thank f the bad service i WILL NEVER SUPPORT THIS STORE AGAIN."
