VERY UNHAPPY

Good day

I ordered stationery from the store in Rustenburg (Lifestyle Square) on 16 Jan. I made payment immediately and went to fetch it later that day. They however changed 2 items on the original quote which I didn't notice until after I paid. The one item was fine, however the other one I did not want. They said it's fine and they would do a refund. On that Thursday (18 Jan) they called me for my banking details, it's a week later now and I still do not have my refund. I keep sending emails with no response about it.
