Very Dissapointed customer of PNA Keywest Mall

I am very dissapointed in PNA Keywest Mall.... I bought a Childrens Bible book on Saturday 2023/05/13 for my child and I took it back on Tuesday 2023/05/16, because we found her Childrens Bible book, which we thought was missing... The receipt said that after 10 days that I can not get a refund or anything.. The lady did not want to give me my money back, saying the she can only give me a voucher to buy anything else.. There was no sign at that store that was saying that or they never explaint me that on the day I bought the book..

She only said that it was from their head office.. I am very dissapointed as i am a regular customer at PNA.. But I think this will be my very last buy from them
