Unprofessional staff

Hi PnA Rosebank,

I had an unpleasant experience at your store today. Puseletso and her friend verbally attacked me when I simply asked a question at the paypoints. This behavior is unprofessional how can staff yell at customers? I was in the store just 10 minutes ago and did not appreciate the service I received.
