Unprofessional Service Rondebosch PNA

On the 22nd of January i sent PNA Rondebosch an email enquiring if they have certain books for my children school, the lady called me explaining they have some of the books and i then asked the 3 that they didnt have would i be able to order it from them and they assured me they would do so. I went that day to purchase the books and again we ticked off the books i had received and again they assured me they will order the 3 books for me when they do their book order that same day, as well as assure me they will let me know once it arrives. I have been waiting for a month, no one gets back to me regarding the book order and when i emailed to enquire if my order has come no one knows about this. They tell me they dont have any of those books and i should look elsewhere. Why do the staff lie to their customers about being able to order books if they dont do this service. It is extremely unprofessional and a huge waste of time as i wouldve gone in January already to purchase the books elsewhere. I would advise that people dont order through them in future, if they pretend they do, its a huge waste of time and their admin is as well not being kept up to date. The service really needs improving in my opinion.
