That brand must close down

I made a purchase in January 2024,then I had to return the product they issued me with a refund receipt and told me 7 working days for a refund till today I don't have my money. I have been to the original store in village horizon countless time to follow up,I have left messages for the manager who doesn't even have the decency to call me. I called the headoffice no response the line just rings and rings. I am irate because this store refused to do z cash refund,then I get told that FNB says there's a problem with the payments. I'm a customer the service received from that store is by far the worst. No supervisor or cashier does anything they take a piece of paper write down my name and number all the time and probably file that paper in the trash bin.
