Stuff ******ing Customers .

I was today years old when I found out that I have been overly overcharged at PNA mall of Africa. I donate to a certain charity I will not disclose so I am often at mall of Africa to buy gifts. Usually the lady who wraps for me is Caroline. Who charges me a certain amount everything she wraps for me. Sometimes I would feel that I am being overcharged but would keep it cool because I am in desperate need of her services Sometimes it's the light skinned lady I think Tsholofelo. A few weeks I sent hubby and he was more that overcharged for a lousy wrapping and I think they took advantage because he's a man he paid just over R100 for two boxes yet last time they wrapped 3 boxes for me for only R70. I had a client in Fourways so I decided that I might as well have my stuff wrapped there. I asked the lady how much and she said I only pay for the cover PNA does not charge for wrapping. The way I was so shocked I asked (including Mall of Africa ) she smiled and said Mam PNA does not charge for wrapping you only tip if you want to. I am upset because I have spent more that a thousand since I started shopping at mall of Africa. Sometimes I send my colleagues and everything it's a man they charge double the price. I have been a bit concerned because they say the payment is separate. And Usually it's cash or Ewallet. I think everyone in Mall of Africa should account because I don't believe that their manager is unaware of the robery that is taking place there. Before they even help you wrap they ask you that are you going to pay the tip or not, however how is it a tip if you're betting your own price. Last time I was there I was there I paid R80 to Caroline, And R27 to pna using FNB machine, even in Restaurants they don't charge so much I'm never setting foot there ever. I hope everyone Aldo
