I bought stationary box from PNA Somerset west, and there missing stationary, I called the lady that answered said she is giving her suppisor phone, after I spoke to her I asked who I'm I speaking to since she didn't bother to introduce her self, she said Bongi I asked did you say Bongi? and she said yes, she told me that she will call back on Monday and today I waited till 3h for her call and I called, i asked who I'm I talking to she said aah its regarding what went? I asked again I'm I talking to Bongi and she said is it a personal reason? I asked are you Bongi and she never said yes or no, I then decided I will go to the branch myself.

When I got there I received the same disgusting attitude treatment from the "so called " excuse of a supervisor,which.her name is Bongani, she told me there was no need for her to call me since the she called head office😡, if that is what PNA call customer service, clearly it will loose client . She is so arrogant she gave wrong name yet still fails to apologies for that, she promised to call me and she doesn't even see the reason why she had to call as she promised . I start to question the qualifications that the store hires people and the the quails, since she doesn't have even a single remors to what she was supposed to do.

My son doesn't have his books that I Paid R1276 for do you guys think I take money from the tree maybe?

Should I not what I paid for tomorrow I promise PNA I will take them from the store .
