Staff lie to clients

I went to the Baywest branch middle of November to inquire about a stationary box that they make up according to the needs of that specific grade and was told that it will be available until the end of January.

When I went to buy one last night I was told that there's nothing left and that they won't make up another one.

What does it help you go to them to get specific information and then they lie to you anyway?

Pathetic. I know I'm only 1 client, but I'll definitely make sure everyone knows about the bad service I got and that the staff there lie to their clients.
