Rude Cashier - No Customer Service

I visited the Glen PNA store on 29 Dec 2023. The cashier (Ntokozo Mngomezulu) was extremely rude and flippant to my daughter and myself. I asked for the manager and the supervisor came to me. The supervisor apologized. Yet the cashier was still very smirky and smug. I will never set foot in the PNA The Glen again. Ntokozo should go on a customer training course and learn courtesy and drop the chip off her shoulder....
