Rude and Unprofessional Staff - Douglasdale

We were browsing for a birthday gift at PNA Douglasdale when the doors suddenly slammed behind us—clearly closing time, though there was no announcement. A staff member asked if we needed help, and when we said we were fine, she snapped, “Well, we are closed.” Another lady then rudely opened the door and ushered us out without a word, even though we greeted her. Terrible experience. Unfriendly and unprofessional staff. I won’t be back.
