Refund not paid

Returned a faulty Christmas tree at PNA Bedford Centre on 8 Dec which was refunded to the credit card used for payment. Still awaiting payment and staff seem unsure what to do. My refund must be processed. It's been a month. Spoken to staff and they have all the details but still nothing.
